I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for many years, but due to Covid and other life events, I hadn't been able to return until recently. I missed this place so much! The food is always delicious and served hot. My friend and I were thrilled to finally return after 3 years. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breadsticks are always a favorite. I appreciate that they regularly add new items to their menu. I will definitely be returning again and again.

One of my favorite places and there aren't enough of them around. Fast food Italian. Read that again... Fast. food. Italian. Including pasta, pizza, lasagna, bread sticks etc. Went there again recently while I was in Lansing. The lunch deal is the bestdeal among fast food and you get to try different things instead of just having one (unless that's what you want). A lady helpedme and was so friendly. Said she had been there 22 years and she new her stuff. Only downside is that there aren't any closer tome. I wish they would open one in Haslett, Okemos, Owosso, Howell and or Flint. I'd be 500 pounds of happy customer. Love thisplace 100% recommend.

This place is amazing! They were clearly super busy, I had to call like 3 times with my question! BUT when Nikki answered she was professional, sweet and informative. I had placed a door dash order from this Fazoli?s. When my order arrived, not only wasit super fresh and piping hot, it was sealed with my name on it : everything was in there (even the Parmesan packets I calledto ask for They even had partitions to separate the hot food from the cold food. My salad and my cheesecake were cold like theyjust came out the cooler. Terri Ann and kaitlin and Nikki are amazing and I will be ordering from this location many times inthe future.
