Panera Bread - Lansing

If they don't have certain items available, they shouldn't allow customers to order and pay for them online. For example, during my last visit, I ordered two fruit cups but only found one in my bag. When I brought this to the attention of an employee, they mentioned they had one more they could give me but suggested I wait for the second. This was after I had planned my order two hours ahead of time! Frustrated, I decided to leave without it. I just don't understand why accuracy is such an ongoing issue here!

The restaurant was extremely dirty. The mac and cheese, which seemed to come from a pre-packaged meal, appeared oddly watered down. My sandwich was served with wilted salad and old avocado. My friend's chicken sandwich was undercooked and pink inside. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because the staff were friendly, but this place really needs some serious improvements.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant on September 13, 2022, at 4:25 PM. The manager, who was wearing a Panera catering shirt, and the staff were fantastic! They quickly addressed a minor issue with professionalism and a smile. The manager, along with the person who took our order and the woman at the dining window, were all very friendly and exceptional!

It was busy at 11:30. but my food was quickly prepared, was fresh and well tasted. service was great and the people were professional. I can't ask. vegetarian options: they offer a lot of food for various nutritional needs. parking: parking at this place is plentiful. Accessibility: this position is wheelchair accessible. dietary restrictions: they can adapt most elements to take into account for all nutritional requirements.

Food was fresh and good. Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and it was very small. Prices are a little expensive but the food is good.
