Subway - Laurel Hill

The food was delicious this time! It was my first visit to this location.

I prefer Subway over Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs because I find the flavor to be better.

I stopped by my usual Subway for lunch, as I often do at various locations, but was met with an unpleasant experience. I ordered a Footlong Pro Steak and Cheese and requested the addition of Fresh Mozzarella. Normally, I receive four large pieces, but at this location, they chose the two smallest pieces from the pack and cut them in half. When I questioned why I was being charged an extra three dollars for such tiny pieces of cheese, the employee was rude and informed me that I should have ordered a signature sub. She implied that it was my fault for expecting more from a $16 order. To make matters worse, she also messed up the toasting process. While I won’t stop eating at Subway, I certainly won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered a tuna sandwich. Watched the maker (who looked new) partially fill the scoop and ended up with less than normal filling . Asked too put some more on and then the supervisor butted in and said ?that is the normal amount ? shaking my head ..er no Isaid. They didn?t like the fact I called them out for skimping in front of other customers. 2 of whom left. Letting that go theydidn?t ask me what cheese went straight too veggies of which the selection was less than a normal subway. Paying $10-$11 dollarsnow for a partial sandwich really messed up my day. Trued the bread it was going hard. Doubtless too say I won?t be going back .I don?t recommend going
