GREAT food truck with AWESOME BBQ! We had the 3 meat with coleslaw, which is homemade and TASTY, and potato salad. The Brisket was JUICY , the Ribs were delicious and SMOKY tasting. Nice simple and tasty BBQ found here. Set up in a food truck you can smell the nice meat flavors coming from the inside. I ordered a brisket sandwich with potato salad. Both the sandwich and side was delicious and service was good from a one man stand. The owner runs the operation and from talking to him, found he is a hard working and honest.
