Shanghai 360 - Leduc

Last time I went to the premium outlet, I try a small wonton soup from this shop. It was so good, 6 or 7 CAD something and I really love it. Next time I will buy it again.

Staff member was so rude to my friend who is quite I 'll, rushing her banging on the debit saying Pay Pay Here this... Pay I told her just give her a minute..here here Pay. I took out my card as my friend was getting very anxious and paid then she says no wait meaning look at the tip option??? No tip for rude ignorant uncompassionate people. I also learned when she said what beverage she wanted the same woman said I can 't hear you what do you want? The lady behind her said she just wants apple juice. I will never buy from them again or their Leduc location, disgusting to be so rude to your customers.

Portions were big, lots of flavour but unfortunately lots of batter. If you go there, don’t get two battered chicken entrees. It’s too much batter. Rather, choose one entree with battered chicken and another unbattered such as burbon chicken or a beef dish. Otherwise a nice fast food spot for a food court takeout.

Staff is rude and food is over priced subpar. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to eat.

The only thing I can say that one of the staff is very rude!! She was offering me to taste for mango chicken but i didnt hear it the first time she offers then I try to ask and taste it for the second time around but then they talk in their LANGUAGE AND LAUGH. i asked the lady if she is making fun of me she answered in not a nice manner and tone of voice. Poor quality of service! Don’t hire people like that. Hopefully the management will able to read this.
