This is a genuinely down-to-earth experience with amazing food. The staff is wonderful, and the service is outstanding.

Chelsey now owns the place and makes a fantastic job! Michelle was our cocktail coordinator again and we had a great view of the victory of the Mizzou Tigers. However, the Keno numbers could cooperate a little more. Two times a week. Michelle rocks behind the bar and takes care of everyone and the food is always brilliant. Great local connection with delicious scarf and attentive bartenders and servers! Chelsey (spellen) rocks and owners, Ron, there are sometimes the atmosphere to supplement. Very appreciated and recommended!

Our waitress was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. The prices were reasonable for two people. However, the food was just okay. The hand-battered onion rings were a highlight, but there was an excessive amount of grease on my plate. The waitress even took extra care to ensure my sandwich didn't get soggy, which I appreciated, but my husband’s dish was overwhelmed with fat. I understand that fried foods come with some grease, but this was excessive. When you pick up a piece and it flops over, or when you press it and oil runs down your hand, that's too much. Additionally, the cook didn't provide the proper amount of chicken for my dish. The waitress did her best to rectify the situation, mentioning she would check on the chicken, but by that time my husband said not to worry about it. She kindly gave us a discount for the missing chicken item, which was a nice touch. I’m increasing my rating because the waitress handled everything well, despite the kitchen’s shortcomings. If we decide to return, it would likely be for a game and perhaps a cocktail, rather than for the food.

The food here is very reasonably priced. I ordered a salad with added chicken, and it came with plenty of walnuts, blue cheese crumbles, and dried cranberries—delicious! My husband had the pork tenderloin; it was a bit small but very flavorful. We’ll definitely be back!

We have visited here for lunch several times and it's hit or miss. A couple of times we've been in the burgers are just out of this world. The last couple of times though the french fries and tater tots tasted like they've been cooked in fish fryers.
