Used the curb side pick-up, received text message said it 's ready, we arrived and used the link in the text to notify the store our arrival. Surprisingly after 20 minutes no food delivery we were literally in front of the store!! We then called the store but was told we have no people to deliver to the curbside and asked us to come in to pick up. What? Totally understaffed or bad excuse. Bad delivery management since they can also call us to apologize and inform us the situation. Chicken is good, although pricey, because of the unnecessary waiting time and bad management they got two stars from me.

I only order chicken wings from this place. It's ok. But, not as great. Last time, one of the chicken was over cooked and chow like cracker. I have to throw it away.

Chicken combo wasn't bad, but pickled radish was soft like a sliced raw potatoes unlike being crispy which was so bad. In case you have such experience, make sure to say it must be crispy before hanging up your phone when you order chicken.

Got there @8:20pm. The store closes @10pm. As I was looking through the menu in the restaurant, they wouldn't take my order because last call to order food was 8:20pm. They need a sign if that's the case.
