Drake's - Lexington

We came in last minute for a birthday celebration after another restaurant messed up our reservation and I cannot emphasize enough how thoughtful, kind, and helpful Caroline was at helping us pull something together! Everything was amazing and her andLogan did a wonderful job taking care of us. 11/10 employees who made our experience go from frantic to fantastic! Verygrateful.

Have to say our first time visiting Drake's was a great experience especially being a Saturday late evening after a UK football game!! Travis is an exceptional manager who gave a great welcoming experience!! Our waitress was a little maybe let's say tiredcould've had a long day, But overall being a little snappy at the beginning she still did a good job! We definitely Will visitthis location again when we come visit our UK freshman!!

Hands down the best customer service out of anywhere we have eaten! Bradley was such an amazing person and went above and beyond our expectations of a restaurant. The food was great, great waitor, and the manager came over to ask how our food was as well! Iwould give 6 stars if I could! Thanks for such a great experience for my family and I.

I wanted to eat with my grandmother and had a very good experience. we sat outside and our server made a wonderful task, our drinks filled and checked for us often. the salads were huge and my grandmother commented on how delicious it was! I have actually had good experiences at this place and will continue to visit.

This place is always good, but tonight it was great! caroline took care of us so well! She ensured that our commands came out as we wanted them, even if we changed the menu on her. we were almost home, but glad we came here because it felt like home. but with better service.
