Feedback gevenWhen we reached the window and tried to pay with a $50 bill for a total of just $9 and some change, we were met with a rude refusal. The employee insisted they wouldn’t accept $50 or $100 bills, claiming they didn’t have enough change. I explained that it was the only bill we had, but she still refused to take it, which left me baffled. Are they really saying they can’t provide $40 in change from their register or safe? I plan to report this experience to the corporate office, as it reflects their failure to serve customers properly and could deter future business due to sheer negligence and disrespect. I recommend avoiding this place entirely; the staff is unfriendly and seems uninterested in serving you.
There has consistently been at least one thing wrong with my order everytime I've been.You are better off going to Tudor's down the road.
Dunkin does it again. They have a good menu and you get what you need to keep on rolling. Everything tasted as it should.
Brad is fantastic! I called to check if they had glazed donuts since the Dunkin' in Georgetown was out, and my son was really let down. He mentioned they had four left. He even set some glazed donuts and donut holes aside for us until we arrived. It totally made my son’s day! The customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10!
Service very slow, expensive prices, rude employees. It's sad to see Dunkin Dounut restaurants quality get so bad. The prices are absolutely insane for what you get.
