Fazoli's - Lexington

Amber was amazing! I walked in to place an order, and her customer service was outstanding. She recommended the Lunch Special and was incredibly friendly. I believe she deserves a raise or a promotion, as she really helped restore my faith in the Tates Creek location after a previous bad experience. Thank you, Amber. Great job!

I have found this Fazoli's to be clean, well-staffed, and pleasant. The employees are friendly and helpful, and they recognize regular customers. The food is consistently good, whether dining in or taking out.

The staff were friendly, and the food was enjoyable. However, the dining room could use some attention. It's understandable, though, as the employees are understaffed and quite busy.
