Han Woo Ri - Lexington

I absolutely love this little spot in the heart of Lexington. It always fulfills my craving for some soul/Seoul food that resonates with my Korean heritage. The soft shell crab is consistently fantastic, and the bulgogi dishes are spot on.

I don't personally enjoy salty food, and I found the dishes to be a bit too salty and oily for my taste. However, my husband really liked his meal. The menu doesn't offer many options, but that does make ordering simpler. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.

My favorite little lunch spot. We ordered the beef bulgogi, chicken teriyaki, and gyoza. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service was excellent. This is my go-to Korean restaurant in town.

Everything on the menu is outstanding, but I highly recommend the Gyoza, Dol Sot Bi Bim Bap, Soon Doo Boo, and the dumplings. The flavors are fantastic and rich throughout the dishes, all within a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

For years, I've pondered which restaurant would claim the title of my favorite. With so many fantastic options in Lexington, it's a tough decision. After countless days, weeks, and months of reflection, I can confidently say that Han Woo Ri has won my heart. Every time I visit, I am welcomed with the finest authentic Korean cuisine in Lexington and a wonderfully friendly staff. I've never had a meal that was anything less than excellent or even remotely off-putting. Great food, great people, and a fantastic atmosphere!
