HONEST REVIEW: THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES!! The manager, which I grabbed her name before leaving.. Gena, Gea (however), is very rude! She talked to her employees with NO RESPECT and I felt bad how she talked to a man that was in front of me in line! Sheshould be FIRED! Must be new people working cause they do not know what they are doing. They literally threw my food in a bowland called it ?FOOD?! The taste was kinda nasty. The TEA WAS SPOILED!!!! I worked in a fast food restaurant before and HAD toclean the tea pitcher thoroughly because of inspection! Mold is in the spout part and I know this just by the taste of it! Thinkabout the drink fountain!!!!! A homeless guy also kept walking by my vehicle and stopping and looked at it? it?s just a 2003Honda!! Nothing exciting to look at! Please be careful in this area! I will not be back!!
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fantastic and the staff is so friendly! I tried the Penne Rosa. It?s a little bit spicy, but not too spicy! The manager stopped by my table to check in, she was so nice and extremely informative! Turns out?they are under new management! The store was clean and it was a great experience!
We ordered tonight via the web. Which was easy enough. Gave us a reasonable pick up time of 15 mins. Arrived, didn?t seem busy. Went in to pick up the order. After being there for somewhere in the nature of 45 mins, we left we an order. Once we arrivedhome we discovered that the order was incorrect. One of the three was completely wrong. Another of them was missing the proteinthat we had to pay extra for. I tried to call the restaurant 6 times with no answer. We live across town, the restaurant wouldclose by the time we drove back there. This was our first and last trip to Noodles and Company. Extremely disappointed. Update:I finally spoke with the manager, she was very nice and apologetic. Offered to remake our order, stated she was working on therestaurant and promised it would be better soon.
The floors were sticky, and every table but 4 had trash on them.. The drink station was sticky and had wet straws on the counters and straw wrappers everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty beyond what any restaurant bathroom should have been and thefood was mediocre at best.. I had Pad Thai with Chicken and there was something off with the meal. I couldn't really pinpointwere the taste had gone wrong but took 4 bites and through the rest away. I ordered 6 potstickers and they were overcooked butstill edible, unlike the Chicken Pad Thai. Most of the people behind the counter and in the kitchen area seemed like they didn'tcare about their work and it showed in every other aspect of that place. I was with a friend of mine and we both decided thatwe'd never be going back. This is really sad and I feel bad for the owner if he is not aware of the declination of therestaurant. This used to be a place that I loved to come to for lunches and dinners. I won't be back because I simply do nottrust that
