Sec Sports Pub - Lexington

My encounter here was very good. I had a very good steak which you would think is an easy thing to do in any restaurant but really isn't. My steak was perfectly cooked and they prepared a half order of another menu item for me (I paid for it) so i could try something additionally. Not in my immediate area where I eat out but I'll make a special trip back just to eat there.

Cajun bar food? Delicious!. I stopped in for lunch at The SEC around 1. There were 3 or 4 tables full, so it wan't too busy, but the place wasn't totally dead either. I was surprised to see several Cajun items on the menu, but apparently the owner is from Louisiana and wanted to use his own recipes. I ordered the chicken with creamy cajun sauce. It came out in about 10 minutes; the presentation was excellent! Diced red and green peppers over flat noodles with an orange cajun alfredo sauce, this was a very colorful dish. The food tasted as good as it looked too, and the portions are huge; hard as I tried, I could not finish my meal and had to get a box. I was very pleased with my visit and plan on returning in the near future to try their steak dishes, and perhaps one or two barley pops next time as well...

Friendly folks, plenty of tvs to watch every game, great food and Bud Light on draft! One of my new favorite places!

Wonderful place to go for great pizza There was a live band playing along with several screens to watch sports. The service there was great, this place is a wonderful place for good food and drinks to have a fun time.
