Jardin Corona - Liberty Hill

I hadn't dined here in many years and overall, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. The frozen margarita was excellent, and the table salsa was full of flavor. Both of us ordered taco salads; I requested mine on top of flat tortilla chips instead of the traditional shell, which seemed like a simple request. The food came out quickly and was tasty, but it wasn’t what I had asked for. Unfortunately, the server didn’t confirm our order before it was brought out. I was disappointed, but we will definitely return in the future.

It has been a while since I dined here, but we were in LH for a game. The food is still excellent, and they have some of the best salsa around! Their drinks and beers are also reasonably priced.

The food was excellent! However, the queso was brought out just before the meal, leaving no time to enjoy it first. Unfortunately, it was cold, thick, and had a strange film on top. I finished my water and struggled to get a refill. When I finally did get it, the server took my glass away to refill it. She then returned with the check, which included a charge for an iced tea. When we questioned the charge, she claimed it was part of my lunch. I asked why I hadn’t received it and why there was an extra charge. She seemed confused and took the check back, then returned it without the iced tea charge. After that, she completely avoided making eye contact with us. Seniors, be cautious—this was a blatant attempt to take advantage of an older customer. Why didn't she double-check the bill before handing it over?

Their fajitas are great! I thoroughly enjoy them, along with those chips and salsa. Definetly a great place to go if you're craving fajitas or enchiladas. Their staff are friendly and we love to bring the whole family here. They are always really busyon Friday evenings. Their parking situation needs to be more cut and dry, seems like anyone just parks anywhere; theres beenmoments that the parking lot being hectic has made us choose other restaurants.

Any review, to be credible must be critical, yet fair. To update this review let me say my wife and I eat at many Mexican food restaurants throughout the region. This review is appropriate for this restaurant. 1. They have come up in the last two years.Service is excellent and attentive. 2. The food is both quality and quantity. We have tried several dishes and give five starsto the enchiladas and the fajitas and the nachos. 3. This restaurant has the best hot sauce in four counties. 4. so far, theonly restaurant we have found that properly prepares nachos this side of Weatherford, TX (best tasting also) My personaldrawbacks here are Fajita meat not sliced thin enough and the absence of enough grilled onions to go with them. We drive 38miles to frequent this restaurant while there are many much closer to attend. Keep up the good work
