Strand - Limerick

A lovely hotel in the city centre I did not stay thair my family from uk stayed thair an was very inprest with it

Allegedly there are only two premium hotels in Limerick, the Strand and the Savoy. I haven't stayed at the Savoy, but the Strand is a lovely hotel and certainly to be recommended. The Skyview bar on the top floor is beautiful. Food was excellent. Drinks also. I was there for business, but I can certainly see couples really enjoying a stay here too.

Me and my husband stayed here as our first stop on our honeymoon. The staff was so nice and even upgraded our room and gave us a food voucher since it was our honeymoon. They were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and very nice. The hotel was nicely located and there was plenty of room in the garage to park. Customer service was great. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, I have only eaten here when at corporate events, but the food was always nice. I was recently at an event and ordered a glass of prosecco in the bar upstairs, it came in a white wine glass, now if I am paying €9.80 for a glass of prosecco it should come in a proper glass, this happened again with another server, the servers were very well mannered but not well trained, just something for the managers to work on.

Very nice hotel. Ideal location for visiting Limerick
