Domino's Pizza Lincoln

I received the wrong order two days in a row, with the same mistake being repeated. The customer service was terrible and it was evident that they did not value their customers. I ordered a chicken pizza but received one with pepperoni instead. I called the restaurant the first time to explain the mistake and they promised to replace it with the correct order. However, when the second pizza arrived, it still had pepperoni on it, which my family could not eat due to dietary restrictions. When my daughter called the restaurant again, she was accused of lying by the workers and was not taken seriously. We asked for a refund and for both pizzas to be taken back, but we did not receive a full refund. This level of service is unacceptable. A business should address customer complaints and correct mistakes, not disrespect customers and refuse responsibility. This experience has made me decide never to order from Domino's again. The management and staff need to be more responsible in handling these situations.

The worst ever customer service I had to encounter in many years. Wrong order in 2 days and the worst was today ., Wrong order twice in same day !!!., this is not professional and wrong. The worst part is the gentleman in the phone insisted that they made no mistake and didn’t care to fix it ., he was like ., just drop a review if you wish !!! I am not sure how professional that is ????., After a long wait asked to have the pizza taken again and to get a refund .. Ironically even the refund was less the delivery charges !! Mistakes happen and as far as I know , professionals who care strive to fix them ., in this case unfortunately the attitude and response was so wrong. Never again Domino’s. The agent , manager and manager on duty must be more responsible and care.

Ordered five Pizza's And I happen to get the one that has made me very Sick halfway through the night and most of today 13. 4. 23 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$40–50
