This place is terrible, every time I go, I ask and pay for the heavy and never get it. after the work (3 o'clock) I brought a comma meal to home to find the half of the burgerrohe, I mean pink raw, drove all the way back and. she said we were closed to sign says open 24 hours. banged on the drive-dru window, she says we're closed! I said what about this raw burger I just got, suddenly they're open, and they forgot my heavy ones I paid again! Seven times! 99 cents for a container, if I actually get gravity, it is 1/4 f

It is a total of 30 minutes for the ride thru. sitting on the loudspeaker for 5 minutes and no one has taken my order yet.

The m worstcdonald is in history. order is always wrong. not special amounts. another order. half filled fries missing items missing straw, bargain etc. burger that they have entrusted the same since 1955 with their condition etc. - yes. I have eaten at hundreds of mcdonald’s for over 40 years and this franchise by far is the worst. but do not just take my word for it. read the reviews. (what for medicaments do you have to have to forget the lower bungalow? I have ever received the service in almost food. (a job I used to work. with workers moonyoung was rude and unprofessional. all of this. the direct result of terrible management. every failure of the staff goes back to the lead. Look at you, devan. whoever is the regional manager here should be fired immediately. I have never seen so many 1 star reviews for an almost food franchise. most due to inaccuracies and staff attitude. the owner of this place should be ashamed. there's my father.

I usually never write reviews, but I feel that I need this time. I and my son waited almost 25 minutes for our food and they got our order wrong 3 times. after all, I see in the pockets and there are no straws. for our drinks so that the girl had to go back to the load 1/4 times. Moreover, the workers were not very friendly at all. When we came home, my life was cold. I'd say every other time I go to this place, I'll wait almost half an hour and my food is always wrong.

I am new to Beamsville and we are a frequent take-out family. This McDonald’s refused to use more than one mailer coupon on my drive-thru order which I have never experienced from any other McDonald’s. I was willing to buy my order separate from my...niece that was with us and they refused to let her use a coupon on a second order. During covid19 we were told we all had to get out of the car to be able to use 2 coupons. I refuse to expose my 3 young children to possibly contracting a virus because the franchise owner is cheap. I will be driving out of Beamsville for all of our McDonald’s trips going forward which are very often.
