Mcdonald's - Lock Haven

All of these McDonald 's are the same,...none really stick out at you or make you say omg ...

Some of the people they hire is ridiculous. never had a problem here and never did anything wrong. ordered lunch for dine in and as it arrived the girl slams the tray down sending the soda flying to the ground. it smashed all over my pants and shoes and she didn't care. argued with me and insisted she didn't slam the tray but even the other diners agreed she did. she then continued to say she didn't need my attitude and some other remarks to verbally assault me. told her five times to get her manager but still argued with me. then instead of the manager coming over they sat in the back while the girl continued to berate me. the manager came over and offered nothing. called the 1800 number and left a message. granted it was soda but if it was an accident that would be one thing.

That location has a very difficult time getting special orders correct. It may not upset them because they just ignore them.

The employees are nice and efficient. Ryan deserves a raise!

5:30pm 3/6/24Stopped in to grab food, something quick place my order go through the drive-through. I don’t get what I ordered. I stay at the window and I tell the lady isolate that I didn’t get what I ordered. The manager proceeds to treat me like trash and catch a huge attitude over something that I didn’t do it’s not my mess up Slams, the window act real arrogant opens the window, back up and kind of tosses the bag to me very professional
