The service was exceptional, despite the busyness and only having employees on staff. They managed to maintain social distancing guidelines and the wait time was just right.

The wait can sometimes get a bit long, but the staff are always extremely friendly and pleasant. My go-to order is a medium iced coffee with one sugar, hazelnut flavoring, and cream. It’s delicious, totally worth it, and I keep coming back for more.

The restaurant could use some understanding from customers. They are short-staffed and often busy with customers, and if some of them are as rude as the reviews suggest, I can see why employees might not enjoy working there. However, their donuts and coffee are delicious, as is Baskin Robbins. They just need to hire more staff. It appears that management only hires the minimum number of employees, which leads to frequent understaffing issues.
