Cluck Blaze - Long Beach

I really used to love this place. and I keep giving them a chance because it was my favorite Nashville chicken in Long Beach but their quality has gone way down in the last 6ish months. the food comes out way too fast (and not in a good way), and it's been pretty stale so I'm sure I'm eating food that has been sitting out. If I'm going to pay this much for food I expect it to be fresh and made to order. The fries are lukewarm and stale and the chicken is often soggy and lukewarm as well. I've emailed them about this issue and never got a response. Now I go in and they don't take your order, there's tablets in the counter to order at which is disappointing. employees have their air pods in and seem annoyed when you ask questions. overall, this place has has too many instances in which the food has disappointed me now. I think I won't return.

Super yummy food is always ready super fast, when eating inside establishment, the dining area is always really clean! Would totally recommend!

Ordered the side chick, the chicken was tender and had great taste! The service was cool, and most of the ordering were through a digital tablet, perfect for any introverts. The ambiance felt very professional environment, all the workers are highly disciplined.

Quality chicken close to my school is super convenient. I love their tater tots, rewards system and student discount.
