Chick-fil-a - Lorain

The grilled chicken was flavorless and dry which it did not have any condiments on it. My boyfriend said his chicken had some blood leaking out onto the wrapper. He did not inform me of this till the next day. Also I was not aware the drink did not come with the meal combo. Very disappointed I spent over $30 on food that was not filling and undercooked.

Food has been on point every time I've been there so far. There is a bit of a wait but, feel as if all chik fil-a have longer wait times. This location recently opened so I feel like they are starting off strong, only have had one thing missing from my order in the multiple times I've been there. The cashier corrected it immediately and was very nice about it even though they were busy.

However, when I pulled up to the window, a manager came out and informed me there would be a $2 upcharge for the substitution. I was confused and asked why. She explained that it was for the substitution, but I thought I had already been charged for that.

We had a great time at our first Chick-fil-A experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, with plenty of light and friendly staff. An employee even roamed the dining area, handing out paper crowns and activities for the kids, which was a nice touch that's uncommon in fast food. After placing our order and sitting down, our food was quickly brought to us. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit.
