Otowi Cafeteria - Los Alamos

It was even worse than I could have imagined. The employees were rude and unwelcoming, which might be due to the poor treatment they receive from Aramark. The prices are outrageous. I can't help but wonder if they've ever cleaned their drink machines because they have a terrible smell. It was still closed at 11:13 AM, while Hot Rocks opens at 6 AM and stays open all day. They had an opportunity to select a better cafeteria contractor but opted for the cheaper and subpar option, sacrificing employee welfare in the process.

The food is just okay, but it's far too expensive for what you get. They don't offer real plates, and the food is served in unattractive boxes. Everything was much better a few years ago.

Wow, I'm caught with this tracking device! It's Frito Pie Friday! You can load up as much as you can fit in your container. It's a close call!

Staff always on phone and complain if you ask to make coffee when empty hate to be that person to complain

I breakfast there everyday and it's wonderful every day good cooks good service love it
