Bloomfield Creamery Westwood Blvd

Underrated! It's definitely more of an American vibe than Saffron and Rose, but overall I prefer Bloomfield. The ice cream is creamy, flavors are great, and staff is friendly. It's also cleaner and more spacious than Saffron and Rose. Comparable to a place like Wanderlust but much more affordable! Big fan of the cherry flavor.

New favorite ice cream shop in Westwood! You can sample up to three flavors and if you can't decide like me, you can ask for a split scoop of the single, which is still a generous portion. I got two of their top flavors, pistachio saffron and almond brittle fudge, and my friend got banana pudding with nilla wafer. We loved both and will be back to try their cookie dough.

Westwood Blvd is fast becoming ice cream row... no complaints from me! I never met an ice cream store that I didn't want to try. I felt like having some and found them on Doordash and wow was it excellent! I tried the Mint Chip Oreo and it was nice and creamy and the ice cream was very fresh. When the weather gets warm I could certainly see a nice summer evening walk to try out more flavors!

One of my all-time favorite desserts is banana pudding, and they had a banana pudding ice cream that I just had to try. It was absolutely delightful! The atmosphere of the place exuded a charming, old-school ice cream parlor vibe, reminiscent of those cozy spots you find in small suburban neighborhoods. It felt warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. The person at the counter was friendly and accommodating, even offering me samples of a few interesting flavors. I’m eager to return and explore more of their Persian flavors, like rosewater, as I’m curious to see how they taste. There were so many flavors I wanted to try, but I didn’t want to overdo it on the free samples; I pretty much knew I was set on the banana pudding ice cream right from the start.

There are a ton of ice cream and gelato places around me but this little iced cream shop takes the cake. It's a local place but the variety and options they have is hands down the best in the city. They use organic ingredients and all the ice cream is made in house! Fair price to quality as well and service was also great. They still let you try different flavors. My favorite here is the organic cookies n cream and the ube coconut. It's a unique semi sweet flavor and I just cant get enough.
