I strongly recommend dining here, if you're in the Los Angeles area. Century mall is a block away. Had a great Birthday and delicious food.
My first order was a breakfast burrito, and I must say, it was disappointing. However, I think I understand the reasons behind it now. Just a heads up, I've regularly tried their breakfast items, and here are my thoughts: 1. Everything is severely under-seasoned. There's a noticeable lack of salt and flavor. I get that many people here are monitoring their cholesterol and health — and I respect that — but come on! 1B. What's with putting green onions in pico de gallo when there's already red onion? That’s just unnecessary! 2. Please cut the potatoes into smaller pieces; I’d prefer eighths instead of dry quarter chunks! 3. Additionally, a breakfast bowl with eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, chorizo, turkey bacon, cheese, and potatoes shouldn’t cost more than $6. Currently, it’s priced at $6.69 before tax, and honestly, it should be around $5 at most. The only pro is the convenience. I’m not a foodie, and I don’t expect gourmet meals with house-ground sausage or hand-pulled mozzarella. All I want is a simple breakfast bowl or burrito for under $6. If I want overpriced food, I can just hit up Spice Affair or one of the stalls in the food court.
This cafe and convenience store offers some decent food options. I've tried the turkey Reuben, turkey sausage, and chicken salad, and I've enjoyed them. My coworkers really love the tuna melt and the turkey melt. However, I feel that both the food and the miscellaneous items are quite overpriced, especially considering its location in a parking garage. They do serve Starbucks coffee, but its quality can be inconsistent—sometimes it's great, while other times it tastes watered down and lacks flavor.
The food is truly fantastic! The prices are quite reasonable. I've tasted a variety of dishes, and most of them have been great. However, the chicken gumbo was a bit of a letdown—definitely not what I expected, but I appreciate their effort! Lol.
