La Casita - Los Angeles

I made a reservation today for La Casita and traveled all the way there, only to find that it was closed. The staff was somewhat apologetic but offered no compensation for the inconvenience, except to suggest that we try the lobby bar. We decided to do that, but the service there was incredibly slow. It took about 45 minutes for our order to be taken, which was finally done by the hostess after I had to ask for the server three times. Once our food arrived, we felt largely ignored throughout the rest of our visit—whether it was ordering drinks at the bar or requesting menus for reordering, we were left to fend for ourselves. The ambiance of the room was nice, and the food and drinks were delicious. Overall, however, I wouldn't recommend going back due to the poor service.

No hostage, a whole rave. a baptized people sitting on the table party, no workers or eating in themselves, I don't even think this is a restaurant?

Now when I called to ask my reservation, it was extremely hard to get a hold of someone. When I arrived there, the host was not friendly and acted as if she had pains to find a table for my party, although we had a reservation. after 30 minutes waiting for a server we finally went to a waiter in our own to order drinks and appetizers as well as eating. after an hour, our drinks or eating not, we went into the bar and could get so drinks. once we told the server about no drinks or food, he gave us a round dish and then another 30 minutes to bring our cocktails and appetizers. now go on hour 2 only one person got their food, so we have 20 minutes before the decision, it was only time for us to go. it only came out 2 more records! here's a sweat. don't waste your time or your money.

Cooler place to enjoy some small appetizers and cocktails before they start their night. the personal was very courteous and professional. the ambiente is great with a wonderful view. I would definitely recommend visiting.

A sunny day in LA for my birthday required an outdoor celebration. One of the WORST services my family and I experienced for a Saturday brunch. The food and drinks were delicious but it took over an hour to get our food and there was any communication by our server or apology. There were 2 other parties at the time who were there before us and 1 party for their food after us. Overall, cute ambiance but terrible service.
