Feedback gevenI waited 40 minutes for Italian cheese bread because the cashier made a mistake with my order from the start. The lady in charge canceled my order and took about 15 minutes to fix it after telling me to wait. When I considered leaving, she later said it would only be 5 more minutes. In the end, after all that waiting, my food was finally ready, but I felt like I was waiting forever at the counter. I stayed patient because my kids wanted to eat.
Always a fantastic value for the price. The pizza is great, and the customer service is excellent.
The pizza was decent, but I had a frustrating experience with my delivery order. After receiving a confirmation text, I got another text 30 minutes later stating that my order had been canceled. In the end, I decided to pick up the pizza myself. When I asked the staff at Little Caesars about the situation, they seemed confused and said they weren't aware of what had happened. I also called customer service to request a refund, but I'm still waiting for it.

Worst customer service ever. Waited almost a whole as hour and the pizza wasn?t ready. They said it was still being made. Gave it a few more minutes and then went back inside and turns out it wasn?t even in there system. They need better management workers were just talking and giggling. There?s was a good amount of workers working there yet they couldn?t make the order right.
