I Thoroughly enjoyed my meal dining outdoors at this location. fresh open air and enjoying the peaceful outdoor seating. Service was great and attentive, and the servers were polite and helpful. The place has several set meals if its too hard to pick from all the selections of dishes they offer. I had chosen the mix platter set and my buddy chose the steak set. An outdoor electric grill is setup outdoors for us to grill out meats and veggies. It worked very well but i do miss the natural flavors of charcoal in many of the traditional japanese bbq styles. For now this will have to do. The quality was pretty good, and the price was not too bad. I also ordered the following items ala carte: Kobe sushi which was good but it did not wow me. I probably would not order that again. Kobe Zabutan (chuck flap meat) Not bad as well and beef big intestine which was interesting and not bad too. Overall quality of meat was good and the absence of having any dining experience in the last few months raises the review grade for this place. Service was a key factor that made it more enjoyable.

**Drinks:** They offer self-serve unlimited soda at the back of the dining room, along with unlimited water and a selection of teas (hot, cold, and green). I was excited to find a pitcher of Calpico this time, so I helped myself to two full glasses, finishing with a glass of green tea to cleanse my palate. **Food:** I ordered the Lunch Special for $9.50, which included a Fried Jidori Chicken plate. Two of my coworkers had ordered it on my previous visit and it looked delicious. My meal came with a fountain drink, miso soup, rice, and dessert (ice cream). First up were the miso soup and salad. The miso soup was served hot and was tasty, although a bit saltier than I recalled, but my refreshing Calpico helped balance that out. The Japanese Cabbage Salad was fresh and crisp, topped with a sweet dressing, making it a delightful start before the main course. Then, the Fried Jidori Chicken plate arrived, and it was absolutely stunning! It was garnished with sliced cabbage, a wedge of lemon, and a small bowl of salt and pepper, which I didn’t use since the chicken was flavorful enough on its own. The six pieces of Jidori chicken were enormous—imagine the size of a gold ball! They were perfectly fried, golden and crispy on the outside, while juicy and tender on the inside. I had to cut each piece into halves or thirds to enjoy them! I definitely felt I got my money’s worth with this dish. The meal also included a bowl of fluffy white rice, which I highly recommend. For dessert, I chose Red Bean ice cream, as they didn’t have my favorite Black Sesame flavor this time. The Red Bean ice cream was slightly frozen at first but softened quickly. It was sweet and creamy, making for a wonderful end to the meal. **Service:** The two waitresses were sweet and attentive, checking in on me regularly without being intrusive or rushed, allowing me to savor my meal and take pictures at my leisure. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience, and I can’t wait to return!

This place is terrible! I'm currently sitting in a booth, and it's taking over 25 minutes for my grilled fish to arrive. I also ordered the salmon and salmon roe bowl, but the ginger is dreadful. It tastes like dirty water, and they just shrugged it off and served it anyway. I'm hesitant to even finish my lunch. Save yourself the trouble—steer clear of this place. Consider yourself warned!

Great laid back restaurant at the top level of the food court. The food has been consistently fresh, the staff are friendly, and the overall experience has always been satisfying. We always order a steak or seafood mixed plate for grilling! So delicious, I get hungry thinking about it. It's a family business I assume, and also family friendly :
