This used to be a reliable place for pretty good sushi. Not anymore. The portions are at least 30% smaller and the sushi is very sloppy, and looked like crushed little balls and the fish wasn't that fresh and was cut in tiny shapes. Plus, you can see the bone sticking out of my baked salmon rolls and they barely put any Mayo on them. So strange and unappetizing. I've had grocery sushi that tasted better and was prepared by professionals. The tempura is over breaded and super greasy, everything brought to our table was poorly prepared. With all of the choices for good sushi in Studio City, there's no reason to come here. Really.
Delicious food good price only thing I did t like was not getting any sauce ginger and wasabi or chopsticks napkins or any of that sorta think for me that’s kind of a must but hey for the price and quality I’ll deal with the missing condiments
I normally eat at the Sushistop in Hollywood, love it. Used Uber eats from work and it can from this location. No chopsticks or soy sauce provided. Granted the order came into West Hollywood, and the driver had another stop. I did get food poisoning. Could be the temperature in the car or mishandling of the raw food. Moving forward I will pay better attention to what location my order is coming from. I have no interest to visit this location with some many great sushi spots in the Valley. Based on reviews, I am not the first to get sick at this location.
I love sushi stop. Their prices and quality make it possible to frequent sushi as an option to eat. I order from sushi stop at least 3 times a week. On average spend about 300-500 a week at sushi stop. This restaurants service and servicemen are the worst. They do not respect their consumers valuable time, money and eating experience. If you want to eat Sushi Stop, I highly recommend you considering different locations. If you do decide to eat here. Then I suggest you pick up or dine in and be extra picky with your orders. They are cheap. Their business philosophy is cheap. They want money. You are nothing but to them.Don't say I didn't warn you.
