The manager, Clayton, along with Augusto in the lounge and Anna at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us. Although our room with the dog was a bit worn, I believe the non-pet-friendly rooms are of higher quality. Overall, I would rate the service a 5.

This hotel is ideally situated for exploring Galway, Mayo, and Clare. The food was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was very clean, and the overall service was excellent. We spent four nights with breakfast and an evening meal as part of an over-60s package, and the value was fantastic. We would definitely consider staying here again. Service: 5

Busy hotel, always an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere, staff are always friendly, warm and pleasant. Food is always great, with an efficient service. Management are always available to help, beautiful views from the rooftop bar. Rooms are nicely decorated and beds are comfy. Hotel is within walking distance of town, park, shops, bus stop, and all amenities. We have had many family celebrations here and never encountered a problem. Would highly recommend .

We have dined at the bar several times now, and it never fails to impress. Everything on the menu is fresh and quite filling. The staff is always attentive and courteous. I can't recommend this place enough for a dinner out, and the prices are just right. Service: 5 stars.
