Fazoli's - Lubbock

The food at this restaurant is always hot and freshly made. They have now switched back to serving on plates and the presentation is beautiful. The value for the money is excellent and the food is delicious every time. The restaurant is family-friendly and affordable. I want to give a huge shout out to the dining room attendant (I think his name is Reese, but the badge lettering was too small to be sure). Whoever he was on the night of July 29th, he was amazing! When we arrived, there were not many clean tables available, but he worked hard to clean them, offered refills, cleared used plates, swept, and kept the drink area tidy. He is a fantastic employee and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. If not, I would love to have someone like him on my team.

My girlfriend and I frequently dine at this restaurant during our lunch break, and we are always impressed by the delicious food and warm service. Kristi is a major reason why we keep coming back. She is extremely caring, professional, and kind, always working hard to ensure we have a great experience. The rest of the front staff is also welcoming and smiling. Thank you for all your hard work and outstanding service.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The dining area was spotless and the staff were extremely accommodating. I am looking forward to returning for another satisfying meal.

I have eaten here since I was a baby, but last year or so I have eaten a lot here, and there is a young lady, I think she is one of the manager, her name is lynn and she is absolutely as sweet as sugar. I never had a hard time at fazolis, but she only adds so much more!

Great staff/management that she treats like family! the manager (jerrell) is so patient and friendly! he goes out of his way to provide every day a fast and friendly service and be motivated to do the same!
