While visiting my mum she suggested we get a KFC. Big mistake. As she lives close to KFC I went to pick it up. We ordered the family 6 piece bucket on a Sunday and from Monday for two days i was throwing up and confined to the bed. I thought I would have to go to hospital as I couldn't stop throwing up. Never felt that ill in my life. Before Sunday I hadn't eaten KFC for 10 years and after what happened to me I will never risk their restaurants again.
I recently visited the KFC at Hatters Way and had a very unpleasant experience. While going through the drive-thru, the shift manager, named Syed, accused my son of lying about a missing order in order to get free food for our family. Syed even leaned out of the window and provocatively asked my son to slap him. Two other staff members had to intervene to calm the situation down. This behavior was unprofessional and intimidating. I believe this incident was caught on KFC's CCTV. I only wanted to receive my food, but instead I was verbally abused and accused. This is not the first time KFC has missed orders for me in the past. I believe that KFC's Head Office should hire staff with better customer service skills and provide ongoing training on how to pack food correctly. Overall, my experience at Hatters Way KFC was very negative.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely unprofessional and rude, they were standing around talking instead of serving customers, and one employee was even making phone calls on his mobile. My food was left sitting on the side for over 5 minutes and I didn't realize it was mine until it was handed to me. The restaurant was not very clean and overall, I would never eat there again, even if I were paid to do so.
I visited KFC luton and find good food and staff was very cooperative .I really enjoy food .excellent every thing
