Feedback gevenWorking here was a great experience BUT one thing i will not tolerate is Being interviewed and being told "I will start you off at 9.50 ended up only being paid $8 and my pay barely got changed in september. Yeah i know 8 or 9.50 isn 't even anything to this day out in the world, It 's not fair to not get paid what they say you are gonna get paid. So i quit, I loved my coworkers, But poor management is what makes people not want to stay working. On top of that i still had another paycheck to receive and i didn 't even receive it.. I was told to file that i wasnt getting paid what i was told i was being paid So i did. It 's not fair and i also will not tolerate it one bit. It 's also not fair that general managers can be clocked in when they aren 't even on the job but again that 's not my business or problem. i just wanted my money i worked for, theres much more money i wasn 't even getting paid. That 's irrelevant at this point and i didn 't receive my last check which was a full 2 week check.
Waited 30 minutes to get lukewarm food in the drive
I've been a regular customer at the Burger King location in Lytle, Texas, for quite some time now, but after a string of consistently disappointing experiences, I've finally decided to call it quits. My most recent visit was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I can confidently say that I'll never set foot in this establishment again. My troubles at this Burger King began with minor issues but quickly escalated into a frustrating and unappetizing ordeal. To begin with, the employees consistently displayed poor attitudes, making the ordering process a less than pleasant experience. It's disheartening to feel like an inconvenience when you're a paying customer. The inaccuracies in my orders became a recurring theme. It seemed like every visit resulted in something being wrong with my meal missing items, incorrect toppings, or even the absurd occurrence of finding a sticker lodged between two meat patties. I had hoped that these errors were mere hiccups, but they persisted, and my patience wore thin.In an attempt to salvage my loyalty to this establishment, I started dining inside the facility. My reasoning was that by providing immediate feedback, I could help them improve their service. Unfortunately, my optimism was short lived. On my last visit, the beverage dispenser was out of order, so I asked for sweet tea instead. To my dismay, it was apparent that the tea container hadn't been cleaned in a while; the taste was a dead giveaway. When I mentioned this issue to the manager, I expected some level of concern or, at the very least, an apology. Instead, I was met with indifference. The manager brushed off my complaint as if serving subpar beverages was no big deal.It was at that moment that I realized I had been paying full price for subpar service and subpar food. With Sonic conveniently located next door and Whataburger just across the street, I found myself pondering why I had been subjecting myself to such a disappointing experience at Burger King.In the end, the choice was clear: I will never eat at this Burger King franchise again. It's a shame that what could have been a convenient dining option turned out to be a continuous source of frustration. I hope that my feedback, along with the feedback of others who have faced similar issues, can serve as a wake up call for this location to reassess its practices and strive for the quality and customer service that every paying customer deserves. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
