This is an excellent butcher shop! The meat cutter is highly skilled. When you get a steak that's an inch and a half thick, it’s uniform throughout, rather than having a thinner end. This ensures it cooks evenly. The time, effort, and expense involved result in a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak, just as it should be.

Store is clean, people are nice. My favorite part of Sendik is the non-food section with towels decoration and books. Beautiful shopping experiences. Thank you for a friendly service.

I really enjoy this Sendik's for its wide range of products, liqueurs, meats, baking supplies, and the fun corner! Since relocating from NS, I've always shopped at the Mequon and WFB locations. However, I find the checkout staff to be quite robotic and unfriendly, which is disappointing. It's frustrating to have such a warm and welcoming experience in the meat department, only to encounter a completely different, "angry" attitude at the checkout. Because of this, I have deducted a star from my rating.

When I am making something special I find a Sendiks. The meat department always has what I need. However the Sendiks in Elm Grove is just a bit better, it seems to be better stocked and just had more variety.
