Feedback gevenNicolas, chef and lucie, in front of the house, own this restaurant directly in front of the Macon queside. eating was exceptionally good with some imaginative twists. we enjoyed starting a delicious squash/pumpkin soup with roasted seeds and marinated salmon, followed by a really excellent slowly boiled pork...belly we are not normally dessert eater, but the déclinaison of clementine (3 dinge made with clementines) and the salted caramel male feulock proved to be amazing. a good decision. the service was good. the only thing that would have improved was more customers only three tables occupied. but it was february.
We had a very nice moment in an execllent restaurant. absolutely to visit when they come to mâcon. very nice, feared prices and exelent service. I had cats from the local river, best I ever had. linda from norway

Second time we go to this establishment this time, with a group of friends. service is pleasant. But for the plate, it really leaves to be desired! much too salty (fresh salmon/fresh cheese) as well as the main dish (fish also). It was obviously notified to the waitress, but no return to our remarks (no action on the final note). I would like to add to my opinion the pictures of the dishes in question! on the one hand, it raises questions about whether the chef tastes his dishes before sending them (removing from his profession above all), that fresh food (such a quantity of salt would be present to hide something?)
For the papal feast, a family meeting in Mâcon.We were greeted with kindness and perfectly installed. The card is allevious and have all chosen differently. For my part, the fresh and salmon goat millefeuille and the cod with olive oil were exquisite. The only small defect to report is the portion to the card, just in quantity. The decor is quite refined and trendy and we really feel good at the Ethym'Sel!Thank you for this fine gastronomic moment!
