Sargo - Madrid

I had a solid 4-star experience at Sargo Madrid. The food was good, but I believe there are better options in the city. The dishes were tasty and well-presented, with a unique touch that made them stand out. The service was friendly and attentive, but nothing exceptional. What really impressed me was the cozy atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant, creating a pleasant space to enjoy a meal. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, Sargo Madrid is a decent choice for a nice meal, but there may be better culinary experiences available in the city. The food and service were good, but the atmosphere and location make it deserving of 4 stars.

We had a great dining experience with unique decor and creative dishes. Highly recommend trying this restaurant.

This restaurant is a nice spot with attentive servers. Unfortunately, the salmon was overcooked and we couldn't tell if the dishes were distinct. Stick with the classic pancake option.

Great experience, after one before it was not the best. The place is really nice and quiet. I ordered a Moscow mule made by a very kind girl, it was delicious!

We had an issue with the bill, but it was eventually resolved.
