Enklima - Madrid

We spend weeks a year in Madrid and have been doing so for almost 10 years, and our dinner at Enklima was the best meal I have ever eaten in this city filled with wonderful restaurants. Michelin star quality at (comparatively) reasonable prices it simply stands in a class by itself. Portions were appropriately small given the number of courses, but each one was large enough so that one could truly savor the multiple subtle flavors that complement each other in every offering. Similarly, the wine list was fun and reasonable. Our new favorite (special occasion) restaurant in Madrid!

Excellent and very creative kitchen with a lot of surprises during the roughly 10 plates which were included in the small menu. Hard to find a place with such a great price quality relation and such a customer related service!! Keep going like this we wish you a lot of success for the upcoming months and years with your business!! Thank you very much for this exceptional experience in your restaurant!!

We all had the most wonderful experience in this amazing restaurant. The food is innovative, clever and unique. Every course was not only delicious but entertaining. Great value for money too
