This place has gotten terrible at cooking chicken ?

I used to BRAG about the service and food at this Popeyes. I don't know if they're under new management or if some key people quit or were fired, but something has definitely changed. Unfortunately the service is not as good as it used to be. The chicken didn't even taste fresh today. Very unfortunate.

Love the chicken sandwich and totally love the service. Definitely needs to give the other restaurants some lessons on customer service cuz Popeyes got it right

Customer service is fast. The employees are pleasant and the dining area was clean.

I'm a for popeyes. I pick it up for lunch at least once a week. I'm a fan of the ghost wings and go ahead and give me all the sauce. I never go inside. I order in app and pick up through the drive thru. I want my points!
