Zip's - Magee

The restaurant wasn't as bad, but it didn't live up to the hype for me. The burger was average, the battered fries were crispy and satisfying. What stood out the most was the zip sauce, everything else was forgettable. The service was good for dining in.

Lunch at this restaurant is a fantastic experience. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20, making it affordable. The food is top-notch with a rating of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend trying the Onion Rings and Burger.

My husband and I were on the road and placed an order of fried pickles. They stated it would be 10-15 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes later and waited for around that same length of time to receive our order. In the meantime, there was an order that sat on the table that was just like I ordered.....no one ever picked it up. Our name was called out about 1 minute after we arrived and the waitress said it wasn't for us. She told me to go ahead and pay for the order then....and I did. When we got back on the road and started to eat we almost chocked on the amount of SALT, SALT, SALT that had been dumped on the pickles. At this point, we kept driving. Never will be EVER return to this JOINT. It once was a good place....something has happened or it has been bought by someone else. Terrible! BAD FOOD AND BAD SERVICE!

I highly recommend this restaurant. Be sure to add it to your travel itinerary to enjoy a delicious classic burger made the way they used to be. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.
