I arrived at 10:00, and the woman informed us that they were closed, even though their posted hours on Safari clearly indicate that they close at 11 PM.

I've never encountered a frozen yogurt shop where the staff truly cares until I visited this one. On my first trip, I arrived just before closing, craving some tart froyo. The man who appeared to be the manager was incredibly kind and offered to serve me some, even though he had just emptied the machine. He went above and beyond to scoop some directly from the container for me! I was pleasantly surprised, as tart is my favorite flavor and the main reason I love frozen yogurt. I was also excited to discover that they stay open late, and even on a weekday, it was bustling with locals. Now that I’m a local too, I find myself returning more often. They also offer açaí bowls, smoothies, and vegan froyo options. With such exceptional service, I would gladly travel a long distance just to come here — the staff really cares!

The flavors are wonderful, and the staff is friendly. This is always an excellent place to enjoy a late-night ice cream treat!

The bubble tea here is lacking in both quality and authenticity; it has the taste of powdered, processed ingredients. I was honestly disappointed. You can find much better bubble tea at a reputable place for the same price.
