The food was decent, earning a score of 3 out of 5—it was enjoyable but not remarkable. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff was inattentive and slow, resulting in a frustrating experience that warrant a 1 out of 5. The atmosphere wasn't any better; it felt uninviting and lacked warmth, also receiving a score of 1 out of 5. Overall, while the food was acceptable, the poor service and atmosphere made it a disappointing visit.

I am very pleased with the service; they are quite efficient in preparing orders. However, I was disappointed with the Zinger Wings, as they were not spicy at all. When they serve drinks, they fill the cups with a lot of ice, which reduces the actual drink volume so much that you find yourself waiting for the ice to melt before you can satisfy your thirst. Additionally, you have to request spices and sauces separately. I hope they can improve in these areas.
