But still, the visit to Flax was worth waiting. Despite the name similarity to Flax Kale in Spain, which you could remember Kale Crave in Stockholm, this is undoubtedly a less fashionable place and more of a left room for real believers. I went for the Kimchi Toast, accompanied by a beautiful Croissant. I was offered a selection of chili sauces, and here came the surprise: I read through the ingredients and realized that #knowyourfarmer or local ingredients are not only buzzwords for flax, but something they live as they use products from Los Perros Urban Farming, in this neck of the forest. Offer as good a reason as any for this type of tariff vegan because why not?!, Flax should be visited regularly.
Nice staff, great fika and selection of local drinks. Try her Kimchi Toast, house made cakes and soups!
First day back in Skåne in a while and I ended at Flax. I had a croissant with cashew cheese, tomatoes and arugula. WOW, so delicious. I also had a kombucha and a cookie ice cream (sandwich style) by Folkets Pop, which was also very beautiful. I also had a decaf platter that is sometimes hard to find such a big plus for it too! The café has a great and cozy atmosphere inside and the staff is nice and friendly. Recommend a BIG!
Super friendly staff very nice food with chilisauce from own production. Very good kombuca also from own production. We could bring our little dog, and it was more than welcome.
Came in to grab a snack on the go and I was greeted by lovely staff who were helpful. Had the most amazing kardemummabullar (cardamom roll, like a cinnamon roll) and had three amazing kombuchas from different sellers.
