This restaurant has great food, and I recommend ordering for takeout. However, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service, particularly from a short-haired woman with glasses who appears to be a manager. Instead of being helpful, she raised her voice to ask questions rather than assist properly. I inquired if there were any items not listed on the display menu, thinking there might be more options. She responded as if it were a mistake to ask, stating that everything was already labeled. This interaction felt quite rude, especially from someone in a front-line position. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, even though I used to be a loyal customer.

We ordered a whole cake a day in advance, and when we picked it up, it was still in its Shopee box. Is the price really justified for this? It feels like a joke!
