Bahay na Tisa is the best restaurant i've tried in Malolos. They have a wide selection of dishes from various cuisines and it's always not easy to order because everything sounds so good. I especially love their lengua in mushroom sauce and lumpiang hipon. Their lengua with mushroom sauce is perfectly cooked with a good combination of mushroom and olives. It goes very well with their paella or white rice and the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth! Their lumpiang hipon is crispy on the outside and would ooze with cheese once you take a bite. It tastes even better with their sweet and sour sauce. Bahay na Tisa caters and hosts functions such as parties, baptisms, weddings etc. It's definitely a must visit when you go to Malolos!
