Zero Degrees - Mansfield

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food and drinks are delicious and prepared fresh!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. This was my third visit hoping to buy the Flaming Hot Elote, but they were out of stock again. The girl at the front was unhelpful and refused to give me the manager's contact information so I could file a complaint. It’s frustrating that both the manager and the staff aren’t ensuring the full menu is available during business hours. I won't be returning.

I've only had a couple of drinks here, but they were fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive!

The drinks were pretty good, but the food wasn’t great at all. Everything came out cold, tasted either really bad or had no flavor. We’d come back for drinks anytime, but the food almost immediately made us sick.

First the positives -i ordered the watermelon slushie, and the classic elote, and they were both pretty good, i even had a little issue with the elote and the staff quickly accommodated me. I’d go back to a zero degrees just for the food.BUT my family and two other guest pretty much had to go back to the kitchen in order to get them to realize they had customers to serve, we had been trying to get there attention for at least a few minutes prior, so i think they should always remember to have someone on the floor, i understand how it is being young though, so yeah. just hopefully constructive criticism for the team to work on
