Tarboosh Food - Marelly's

Went to sand lake food truck park for a Monday lunch. Being that it was early there were only 2 of the 25 or so food trucks that were open, I asked and more open up in the evening about 6:00. We ate at El Rocky'. We all got the hamburger special that included fries and a soda. However, this was no ordinary burger! It had beef, grilled chicken, ham, two kinds of cheese, an egg, potato sticks, tomato, lettuce, and multiple sauces. It was amazing but huge! Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the food trucks!

Tarboosh is a food truck located inside the Sand Lake Food Trucks Park a must-do if you are hungry and in the area! . Our group visited the food truck park on a Friday night ready to share some food from multiple booths and enjoy the cool night. While walking the circuit we found Tarboosh, the smell of the shawarma pulled us in but we decided to try something we have never tried before. We ordered Kibbe, which they describe as 3 pieces shell of beed and stuffed with ground beef and onion served deep-fried . It was delicious and the best way to describe the dish was flavor-packed meatballs fried in an almost floral breading. It came with a sauce but it really was not needed as these were flavorful enough. Service was friendly and they even delivered our order to our table! We will be back to order shawarma!

Upon walking up you can smell the great food from this amazing place. I was greated my the most friendist staff and a gentleman by the name Jorge he came up and let me try a home-made dish all I can saw was amazing amazing mouthwater flavor with the perfect mixture ratios. Not even overseas did it taste this amazing. This will be a everytime I am are we are making this our stop.
