Applebee's Grill - Marshall

The manager caught picked her buggers then I told my friend he said she need to go back to training of customers first not money. Then guiding the front hostess to set a order of 5 in a place of six, she only did for four and made them move. How rudeof the managers running this! How nasty and rude!!!

Eh.... I mean its ok... wasnt real hungry ordered appetizers. Pretzels and Beer cheese sauce and nachos.....it was maybe 8pm..not busy at all... Cheese dip was cold... Pretzels over cooked and nachos looked like they were left over chips that werein the bottom of the basket. Waitress was very standoffish..literally...she stood at the table on the other side of the isle totalk to us..4-5 ft away... sweet tea was not sweet and soda has way to much carbonation.. but all that being said... peopleplease tip your wait staff... we gave her a decent tip ..and she followed out the door asking if we wanted change... told her noand she looked stunned ...big smile .. told us thank you... wished us a good night.. like she had never got a tip

The atmosphere was fantastic. The food and drinks were exceptional. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and very patient.

The food was quite good, but the service left much to be desired. Initially, I thought the waitress might be new and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, when she insisted that the tea she served my husband was unsweetened when it was actually sweet, it became clear that things weren’t going well. I have to commend my husband for handling the situation calmly, as he usually wouldn’t have taken it so well. I’m not sure if we’ll return, but if we do, we’ll definitely make sure to avoid having the same waitress.

The restaurant boasts a lovely location right on the street. The staff members are friendly, and the food is quite good. Every time we visited, the place was clean. However, it can be challenging to get utensils unless you ask for them, and the servers aren't always attentive, which sometimes results in delayed refills. When you do manage to catch their attention, the servers are eager to assist. Overall, it's a great spot to stop by when you're passing through.
