Feedback gevenHours on the door and website state they open at 5 am. Decided on them for breakfast on Thursday 11/10/22 and at 6:20am, they weren't open. There were lights on inside, but the main sign and the menu were dark. Same with Friday 11/11. For giggles, Idrove by there again today, same result. Can't speak to their customer service or food because they aren't open.
So I came here with my son, we went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend in the car in front of me. I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit combo with a sweet tea, a kids supreme meal and two Bo-berry biscuits. They told me my order was $35. So I obviouslyknew that the order was messed up. I get to the window to explain what I had ordered and was asked that I didn?t order 4 Cajunfilet biscuit meals and I said no. The manager came to the window and said I heard you say 4 and the car in front of you paidfor your food anyways. I explained the car in front wasn?t a stranger it?s my boyfriend. I only needed the two meals andBo-berry biscuits. They shut the window and didn?t bring up the mishap again, at this point I just wanted what was paid for. Istill ended up only receiving one sweet tea instead of the 3 that were purchased. I?ve never been so frustrated or seen an issuehandled so inadequately. I live across the street so it?s convenient and I love bojangles but I won?t be coming back, at leastnot to this specific location. Very disappointing.
Drive through is working, but told in intercom that it isn?t. Nothing on bar to order. Manager is taking the orders- I am the only person ordering. Other teens just standing, lounging. His demeanor is unpleasant and food was fast, but not up to par.Given no silverware. Horrible- just horrible. Throw the whole place away!
I frequent this location as I live nearby. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. They read it back correctly, the receipt is correct but I get home and the order is almost always wrong. Today was no exception...my side was wrong and my dipping sauce. ijust don't get it. I know this location is busy but the customer service is lacking and they need to double check the orders. Amistake here and there is acceptable but not every time I go there! Also, there is no reason why this location should be closingso early!
Food is okay, but find another location. Hours are weird. The staff is more worried about closing the doors at 7 pm, than getting your order right. I love Bo's, just not this location.
