Salad of doubtful gésiers also, in short we advise this restaurant at all points of view.
Very good reception smiling terrace on the pleasant street veranda idem. good Provencal vegetable tartar and sausage not too bad. Good wine with pichet. 19€ can be a little expensive.
Bright and airy, this lunch spot is a remarkable different spot compared to the rest of the chain restaurants near the Heartland area.
This is, without doubt, the best restaurant in Mauriac; although I must say there isn't a lot of choice! The lady who runs the place, literally does run around ensuring good service. The menu is extensive and includes some excellent regional dishes. I'd especially recommend...the pork escalope in apple and mushroom. The restaurant has recently been redecorated and is nicely done. The wine list caters for all tastes and is not too expensive. It pays to book in the evenings and at weekends as they are often full.
We're on weekends on mauriac. we are 4 people (a couple with their 2 adulescents). very good restaurant for a report quality prices very suitable 3 menus at 19€ and 1 vegetarian menu at 16€). The welcome is warm without being mielleux. in a large room, the tables are well spaced and beautifully mounted. The plates are copyy. delicious salad of well melting gesiers where I enjoyed the vinaigrette that accompanied it and soup of succulent vegetables. confit of medium duck against the little potatoes divinely cooked and full of taste. desert house a apricot cake that is not without recalling those of my grandmother. Very appreciable: the waitress gave us bread and water every time he could have missed it without being asked while we consumed no paid drink. small hic : map of deserts limited to only 2 choices in the menu, apricot cake or pannacota.
