Boston Bean House - Maynard

Fantastic local spot for a delicious coffee and sandwich. I highly recommend it for both breakfast and lunch!

I only ordered an iced Caramel Macchiato and a cup of fruit, and it was just okay. The Caramel Macchiato wasn't sweet at all, and I found myself almost needing to add sugar to it. The service was friendly and efficient. Everyone inside seemed cheerful, and nearly everyone had food. I would return to give it another try. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible due to some steps leading inside.

My son said this was the best breakfast he has ever had.

The teenager over the phone was very rude. I called three separate occasion throughout the month of June, asking if I could speak to a supervisor. The same teenager all three times picked up the phone and was very disrespectful. When I would asked to speak to there supervisor, they kept saying no and hung up all three occasions. Awful customer service and vibes.

Food is good and staff is friendly. The coffee is a little on the mellow side (I like strong coffee) lots of local residents and customers do come here and sit for a while. So if you like quiet this coffee shop may not be for you. But it is a lovely local joint with delicious food. Will be back ^ ^
