It was ok. We had much better in Tokyo. For the price it was like wow! Should be much cheaper. It’s noodles after all. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Ordered the smack buns, Thai ice tea, spicy salmon sake roll and spicy tonkotsu or tonkatsu ramenand the smack buns are a must! So yummy! Thai iced tea just as great as any other, the sushi is good for not just a sushi place! Howeverthe ramen was not goodand I don’t think a super fancy one a good oneit’s just not good, too creamy, too milky and not very ramen-likeI went with two other friends and their ramens were not good either : so much so we barely ate it and didn’t want to take it home, I took it home because I hate wasting food but I could barely eat it.sigh there goes my hard earned .nice vibe and music tho!
Surprise find in Maynard after visiting the Discovery Museum. Smack shack, tonkotsu ramen and pad see ew with tofu were good. Pad thai was too sweet for my taste. My friends preferred the tonkotsu ramen over the miso ramen. Friendly service and food came out quickly. Small seating area inside and some seating outside too.
This place is awesome and everyone is super nice! I got the spicy sake roll, smack bun (not pictured) and crazy noodle. The spicy sake roll is exactly as advertised. The smack bun was TO. DIE. FOR. Who doesn't love a sweet fluffy bun with crispy and flavorful insides?! The crazy noodle was pretty spicy but had a really good flavor to it. I almost ordered a side of rice before noticing that the flat noodles were in fact not onion. Parking was easy at a metered spot right out front on a Wednesday night, inside and outdoor seating, and overall just super fun and delicious!
